<p>We're a two person company - so if our shop is a little empty, it just means we're working hard to make more handcrafted goodies for you! Email us if you want to check on availability of a certain item.</p>

<p><strong>What do I do if I cannot purchase a product because it isn’t available to my country?</strong><br>
If are unable to purchase a product because it isn’t available to your country, please let us know, we will add your country to our shipping profile.</p>
<p><strong>What service do you use for shipping?</strong><br>
We mostly use USPS Priority shipping with delivery confirmation, packages are normally delivered within 3-5 business days from when it was sent. USPS International express shipping is occasionally used on some international orders.</p>
<p><strong>How long before my bag ships?</strong><br>
In-stock orders will ship in approximately 2-3 business days from time of payment, if not sooner! Made-to-order bags will ship within 7 days of payment, unless otherwise stated in the listing.</p>

<p><strong>What is your return policy?</strong><br>
If there is a problem stemming from a defect with an item, then please contact us. We will work to fix the problem or refund your purchase if necessary.</p>

<p>We will not accept returns on items without a valid reason.</p>
